Meet Jonathan

Jonathan is a CPA who began his accounting career with Strauss & Associates in 2004. Two decades later, Jonathan continues to focus on the industry he learned first on day one – Common Interest Realty Associations (CIRAs). Additionally, Jonathan has served as treasurer for the local chapter of the Community Associations Institute in the past, utilizing his extensive experience and knowledge to guide the industry.

As the Chief Operating Officer of Strauss & Associates, Jonathan is responsible for leading the firm’s daily operations and the services we provide to our clients. He leads the CIRA Services Group and focuses on delivering the highest levels of client service to the individuals, boards, and management companies with whom we work. He provides ongoing communication with our clients to ensure all services are provided as seamlessly as possible.

Jonathan enjoys working with all clients, regardless of the size or scope of the relationship, and always approaches his work to become a trusted advisor and confidant.
